Suspended Line

Hi, my situation is a little difficult. I had Xfinity Essentials  Internet at my old address for maybe a year or so. But I lost my job in Sept 2023 and then received an eviction notice in November 2023 and had a repossession in Dec 2023. The past few months have been terrible for me and my toddler.I officially moved in Jan 2024 but did not disconnect Xfinity's services due to not having a permanent address. I've been using the Xfinity hotpots services with my login for internet services because I do take online classes. But now since my services is suspended due to nonpayment, I'm having trouble accessing the internet when needed for school. I'm eligible for a instalment plan but cannot afford the $50.00 that is sue immediately. Is there any other option for me?

Hey @user_4t9qjc, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Internet services. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

We would not be able to determine any installment plan approval. We certainly know that from time to time, things happen, so we have our installment plan available upon eligibility. You can determine eligibility by using the Xfinity App and the built-in Xfinity Assistant. You would want to follow the steps that are provided on our 'How to set up an installment plan for a past-due balance' support page at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/installment-plan-balance-due. This would be the process to determine if the account is able to go on an installment plan for the past due charges and services.

Please give this a try and let us know if you run into any issues.
