Support Call Center - Scam
I needed support for my account, which AI could not fix.
So I was transferred to a agent.
Agent answers the call.... and the people in the background yelling so loud in another language, she could not hear me speaking.
It sounded like a "Scam Call Center", I was calling about why I was randomly billed? She said there was a restocking fee on the item I returned.
She couldn't even say my name. Which is Doug.
She said they were being nice to only charge me $16.80 and not the full $35.00, How nice of them.
By the way, I was scammed in getting this phone for free, They wanted $250.00 to activate.
So I returned it without opening it.
When did xfinity support system get so bad?
I am on the edge of canceling a service that I've had over 10 years.
