Still waiting for my money back

Hello,

Comcast charged me for 4 months of service that I didn’t use. I called to cancel my account but whoever answered did not process my cancellation request properly so I kept getting charge for 4 more months of service that I did not use. I have called 3 times, spoke with 3 different agents, spent over an hour on the phone each time- even though they all assured me I would get my refund in the mail, I am still waiting for over $500 worth of refunds.please refund me.
