Still bill after cancellation
My plan was cancelled on 6/11/26 and should get some refunds. it was confirmed by live agent on phone. But xfinity still requires me to pay the bill for next cycle. Could you please help me to check it? Thanks.

I am happy to assist you with the status of the refund you have referenced. Firstly, was 06/11 the date you requested cancellation request? I ask because although billing can stop on a specific day, it can still take up to 10 days for the account to completely close out in our systems.

Thanks again for working with our team. The disconnect order was created, though it was pending to provide a few additional days of service as a courtesy during the transition. We were able to have it completed, and everything has been taken care of. If you ever have questions in the future, feel free to create a new post.
