Still being charged even through I’ve canceled my services
I am still being charged after I canceled my services.
I moved to Cricket and took my phone numbers on 3/4/2025.
I canceled my cable and returned the box to a Xfinity location. I moved my internet to Metronet on 3/4/2025.
STOP charging me!!!
How do I make this stop? I have called. I returned all equipment. I took my phone numbers with me. Help!
