Still Being Billed for a Modem Rental I Don't Have Since May 2024
I need to speak to someone who actually has the ability to PERMANENTLY remove a recurring $12 modem rental on my bill, and credit me at least $100 for the overpayment. It's been happening every month since May 2024 and I cannot reach anyone who can do that.
I've had a chat support credit me $30 and promise the charge won't appear again but, shocker, it still is.
