Still Being Billed After Cancelling Xfinity Internet

I cancelled my Xfinity Internet service on 8/27 (even before the last day of the contract),  yet I am STILL getting bill today for service that I no longer have.

This is unacceptable. Once my service was cancelled, I should not continue receiving charges for subsequent billing periods.

I need Xfinity to immediately review my account, correct the billing, and remove all charges incurred after my cancellation date.

I also want written confirmation that:

  • My Xfinity Internet service is fully cancelled.

  • No additional charges will be made to my account.

  • Any improper charges after the cancellation date will be refunded/credited.

I have already fulfilled my responsibility by cancelling the service. I should not have to repeatedly contact customer service to stop billing for a service I no longer use.

Please resolve this promptly and provide a clear explanation of why I am still being billed.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
