Speak to an Agent

I need to speak to an agent concerning my billing and am ready to switch service providers because of bad customer service. What phone number and extension can I call to speak with a live agent?

I need to speak to a representative. I have an error message on my TV that tells me to call Xfinity and your automated system keeps saying it’s running a 10 minute reboot of my modem that never happens. When I call back over six times the automated system says I can’t speak to a representative until the 10 minute diagnostic is over and that you will call me. Xfinity has not called me at all and I can’t get through. My house is a vacation home that I rent out weekly and I need this resolved as soon as possible. Can somebody please call me?
