Signed up for auto pay...
I signed up for auto pay when I renewed my contract and my bill is due today and the xfinity website says payment processing but, on the Android app it says it hasn't been taken out. It also says automatic payment pending for April 5th.

Hey @IAMAlienInside! When you mentioned the Android app, are you referring to the Xfinity My Account app or a different app? When a payment is made to your account via autopay or through a manual payment, it can take some time for it to properly reflect the payment has been made. When it comes to autopay, that can take up to 24 hours to officially process and post to your account, so if it was just processed today, that would explain why it hasn't shown up just yet for you. I would recommend checking your online account again after 24 hours to see if it has finished processing for you then or not. Let me know if this helps!
