Set up seasonal convenience plan but bill amount did not change
I set up a seasonal convenience plan on 8/12/25 to begin on 9/1/2025 and ends 11/8/2025. I received email confirmation of the seasonal convenience plan after I signed. However, in reviewing the last billing, the seasonal rate was not applied. Please help!

I am very sorry to hear that the billing for the seasonal convince plan was not reflected on the bill after making the change. We do bill a month in advance, so depending on when the bill generated and what dates it covered, it's possible that the seasonal plan had not yet been changed in the system, but you have reached the right team that can take a look at this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
