I set up a payment arrangement for the 16th of Feb.. but my services is still off, I was told if you set up a payment arrangement they will keep your service on, they have yet to do that. I wanted to pay for my account in full on the 16th of Feb I just want my services to be on. I can pay the amount in full on the 16th of Feb
