Service suspended
I've reached out to see about getting service restored until payday at least. I work from home. I cannot afford to pay anything till I get paid. I'm finally back to work and if I don't have internet I can't work. If I can't get this resolved I will probably be disconnecting all my services with you which includes internet, home security, mobile, cable and voice

To send a "Direct Message":

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
