Service Outage Reimbursement

The Seattle area was hit by a bomb cyclone the night of Tuesday, 11/19. Xfinity internet was just restored to my area on 11/29 at 7:55PM. Looking for reimbursement for the time my service was not available.

This link tells me I am not eligible, which does not seem reasonable. Hoping to talk to an agent to get this accomplished.
