2-3 Hours Interrupting My Service After 12 Midnight With Maintenance!!!! But I Am CHARGED $144.00 A MONTH!!!! & Yet U Take My Service & No CREDIT!!!!

@user_ojqjjr Being without service is never fun and I know how much my entertainment service means to me, so I would be feeling the same way if I were in your shoes too. Thanks for your feedback about your experience with our service. Maintenance it a standard part of technology and is required to keep your service updated. We try our best to find a time of day to complete this maintenance.
