Help! I need to cancel xfinity Wi-Fi asap but I’m going in circles. I can’t even remove my payment method. Why is this so difficult? I’m never ever recommending xfinity to anyone, ever!

Are you currently experiencing any issues with the services? We have avast amount of tools at our disposal to help correct any issues.
Our Xfinity App also has a variety of tools and test that can be performed such as our Xfinity Assistant and Whole Home Network test to determine the speeds being delivered to the home and the connectivity status of all your connected devices. It is a pretty handy tool whenever you may be encountering issues or may be within a service interruption area.
