Scammers

I was told yesterday that if I paid 392 (half my bill) I would qualify for fifty percent off Amnestyprogram and my service would be restored and my bill would be at ZERO for a fresh start. My service was restored and today is back off and they are asking for more money!!!! Fkn scammers!!!!! Super rude and unprofessional I’ve been on the phone for theee hours

@user_17ne9s

We do apologize for any inconvenience, if you've already filed a claim with the BBB, then a ticket will be created and one of our corporate agents would reach out to you
