Scam

I traded in my Galaxy S22 for 799.99 credit towards a new Galaxy s lineup so I got the Galaxy S23. 

It has been over two months since I traded it in. I called many times and was told to wait. 

I received an email 9 days ago saying my credit was canceled. 

I'm paying the full payment on this new phone and I can not afford it. 

What a scam. 

The manager at my store said this has never happened to anyone. 

I have been on the phone for over 10 hours talking to people. 

I went to the store twice then to a corporate office. 

A cell phone company that does not have a direct phone line is a big red flag. 

800 dollars in credit not received and they have my Galaxy S22.

Icon to the right of the My Account option.  https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support   Give it a try and see if the agent can put in a ticket. If you talk with an agent there and get no result, let me know. I appreciate your efforts getting this taken care of.
