RSN fee for your current TV package will be reduced by $....

Got an email from Xfinity:

As part of our new programming agreements with NBC Sports Bay Area and NBC Sports California, both channels will move to our Ultimate TV and Digital Preferred packages on Tuesday, January 14.
As a result, effective January 14, you'll no longer have access to NBC Sports Bay Area and California as part of your current TV package. The monthly Regional Sports Network (RSN) fee for your current TV package will be reduced by $13.10. When the new fee goes into effect, you may also receive a one-time credit to cover the change in fee from your previous bill cycle.
And on my billing page also says:
Effective January 14, 2025, NBC Sports Bay Area & NBC Sports California will be moved from Digital Starter, Popular TV, Sports & News, and Xfinity TV Starter Latino to Digital Preferred Tier/UltimateTV Tier in accordance with our programming agreement.
However, not only does my Feb bill show increased taxes, fees, and prices for my TV+Internet "12 month contract" package, they completely forgot to reduce/remove the RSN fee! In the screen cap of my bill (redacted for privacy), they clearly state that the RSN channels are being removed from the very channel package that I subscribe to, yet the full (and increased) RSN fee is still on my bill and there's no sign of any credit for the second half of Jan.

For anyone facing the same issue - replies from xfinity support in "chat" are saying it will take two billing cycles for the RSN Fee to be reduced/removed. So they get to remove the channels in the middle of Jan, but we have to keep paying for them until April. At which point, they are supposed to give credits on the bill. We shall see....

#1, that's [Edited: Language].

#2, @XfinityDemitrius why would you take this into DMs when this is an issue facing everybody in the Bay Area?
