RSN credits

Xfinity no longer carries Regional Sports Network (RSN) but I am still paying the fee for it. When can we expect Comcast to credit customers who pay for this but do not receive the channels?

MRapp23 Hello, I hope you are having a great day! The Regional Sports Network Fee (RSN) is something that is listed as an itemized charge based on the cost to provide sports on multiple networks. What channels are you referring to?

On Jan 13, I received an email saying that the NBC sports channel would be moved to another plan the next day (Jan. 14). In effect, the very next day, the channel was no longer on my list. Talking about telling us in advance. In my opinion, this is not a way to treat the clients and show a total lack of respect for their paying customers. I am very disappointed, to say the least.

Xfinity support in "chat" is saying it will take two billing cycles for the RSN Fee to be reduced/removed. So they get to remove the channels in the middle of Jan, but we have to keep paying for them until April. At which point, they are supposed to give credits on the bill. <Edited: Language>

Hi there, tzr916! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the RSN fee. When that is changed on your bill, you will also be getting a one time credit as well. That should cover the fees you are still paying though the channels were moved to the Ultimate lineup.
