Rising Prices / No Promotions / Terrible Support
I'm not sure where to start. I've exhausted all methods to try to get support, and not a single one has helped.
Their chat service has been moved to be fully based out of the phillipines, which I would be ok with if they ever actually did anything to resolve your issues.
If you have billing issues or want to lower your bill they just tell you the only promotion they have is enrolling in auto pay with a checking account. 6 months ago I talked with 3 different chat agents about activating my student discount. The first one told me the dedicated support team would call me (never did), the second one applied a one month credit onto my account and told me it would be good for a year (nope), and the third one told me I needed to go in store. I drove 25 minutes each way for the rep in store to tell me that I needed to call or chat.
If you call, it almost exclusively pushes you to the chat and the phone just hangs up.
If you ask chat for technical support then someone in the U.S will call you once they escalate your issue.
I've been a customer for a long time and I switched my mobile carrier because I was happy with xfinity... now I regret it. No discount on internet for having mobile. No contracts or promotions. I'm paying almost $150/mo for internet only.

I contacted Xfinity Support through the messaging service on the forums and they resolved my issues. Antoine and Raul helped me get into a two year promotional contract, as I was trying to do through chat and calling. Thanks!
