ridiculous amount of transfers in online chat support

I was offered, and agree to, add a "free iPad" during negotiating a rate for my home internet.

The way it's supposed to work is that I would get a $40 credit each month to cover the charge for the ipad and mobile service.

So far Xfinity has not been able to provide this credit regularly/successfully and I've spent a ridiculous amount of time with online chat reps to fix this.

No one seems to be able to handle the bundle/deal details and I keep getting bounced between internet team and mobile teams.

I am at the point where I want to cancel EVERYTHING...
