Review of Internet pricing and new 5 year guranteed plan
Hello,
After recent price hike of 50% to my bill, I am looking at what offers you have to reduce my monthly bill as well as competitive offers, especially 5G Home Internet options which are about half the price. I know that as an existing customer I can get a 5-year guaranteed plan. Can you help by telling me what can be offered in my situation?

Please send a direct message to us including your full name and complete street address.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4-In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8-Press Enter to send it.
