Returned Phone still showing on account
We canceled a new iPhone ordered that was shipped to us anyway . After notifying Xfinity they had UPS stop the delivery before it ever made it to my home. I have the tracking information that shows the phone is back at the warehouse. Almost 2 weeks later and it still shows the iPhone is on my account. I’ve called multiple times to resolve this.
