Returned Equipments but still got charged $200 extra additional.

I returned equipments to a nearby Comcast store but still charged extra $200 on my bill. This is really frustrating. I contacted customer care and waited 1 hr long on that call and they told they can't see equipment returned and I should contact same Comcast store. I visited store again and they told me there is no outstanding bill .. This is frustrating as I again receive the bill. Can someone guide me properly here?
I never had any speed issues while using Comcast . I would love to use it again if needed but seeing this customer service is not acceptable.
