Return Status Question

On September 19th i initated a Return via UPS of my 1 Wireless TV box (Xi5)   then i decided i didn't like the Roku Express a family member gave me to try with my Television,  so then i got on Xfinity Reddit and requested an XI6,  rep on there was like i can send out for free,  but for a  limited time will show up as a Third TV box.       

My Question is will whenever the Return falls off,   will the bill only show Main DVR box then, and XI6 box?

Bringing the Bill back to normal price of 221.37 a month?

**Account holder and sister seem to not wanna goto Xfinity Store whenever we need something returned,, and always end up using UPS**,  Tracking info does show it delivered at least on this end

Good morning @bikeman017, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums today, I hope you are having a good week so far. Whenever you return equipment, once that equipment has been received at the warehouse and scanned into inventory, it will remove any rental charges from the box on the account.

Ok  Guess i may have to just wait longer i suppose then in that regard

Manage Return page on Comcast site only shows Return intiated and Label Created,  nothing about Package in Transit or Received on there at all

Guess i'll just have to try and relax

@bikeman017 When was the box dropped off at UPS?

Was Dropped off September 19th 2025

And after that don't know too much on status of package from there, besides the tracking info

Delivered On

Tuesday, September 23 at 10:23 A.M. at Dock

I tend to worry and panic due to my severe anxiety,  working on relaxin more on things

Update: 

On Xfinity.com/returns

Now listed as Return Complete

Though still showing on Account--when i select Manage plan, in TV section shows 3 Set Top Boxes

Guess that may update at some point, i just don't know when
