Request one-time courtesy credit for $100 data overage after moving to new address

Hi — I recently transferred my Xfinity service to a new address. My current bill includes a $100 "Additional Usage @ $10/50GB" data-overage charge. As a long-time customer who just went through a move with Xfinity, I'd like to request a one-time courtesy credit to remove this $100 overage charge.

I tried the Xfinity Assistant first, but it couldn't help because my account shows as "in transition" from the move, and it wasn't able to connect me to a live agent. Could a representative please take a look and consider a one-time courtesy credit before the bill is due? I'm happy to verify my account details by private message. Thank you very much.
