Request for written confirmation of my existing Internet plan
A representative confirmed my existing Internet plan and its five-year price guarantee in chat, but I have not received an email documenting the terms.
Please help retrieve a copy of my existing service order or send a new written confirmation to the email address registered on my account, including the monthly rate, price-guarantee dates, applicable conditions and adjustments. A prorated credit of $32.62 was applied to the account following the service rate change on 10/09.
