Request for Promised Service Credit – Account #[Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello Xfinity Customer Support,

I'm writing about a service credit I was promised but haven't received.

After I moved to my new address, my internet service did not work for about 10 days. During that time, Xfinity (866-627-2061 )called me at 10.00 AM Pacific time and the agent I spoke with about an an hour  and told me I would receive a complimentary credit on this bill for the outage.

However, my bill dated shows the full amount of $51.59 with no credit applied.

Today, [Th oct 20th], I talked with three different live agents via the chat to fix this, and the issue is still unresolved. I've now spent a significant amount of time trying to get a credit I was already promised.

I'm requesting that you:
1. Apply the complimentary credit for the full bill credit I was promised, and
2. Send me written confirmation once the credit has been applied to my account.

Account details:
- Account number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
- Name on account: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
- Service address: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
- email: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Please let me know if you need anything else from me. I'd appreciate a resolution before the payment due date of.

Thank you,
