Rendering Error on the Billing Tab

I am a new Xfinity customer.  When I log into my account and go to the Billing section, I get an error that reads, "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toUpperCase')."

So far, I've tried three different browsers (one of which was Firefox which I installed to see whether a new browser would make a difference) and I've cleared my cache.  What could I be doing wrong?

This is probably an issue with your login or the profile. Please send me a Direct Message so that we can look into this.
