Remove Unlimited Data for Two Months
I currently have unlimited data for my home internet. In June and July, I do not expect to go over the limit. I want to pay for unlimited data for May, but I do not want to pay for June and July. I will probably add it back in August. Would you please guide me on completing this request? Thank you.

Go ahead and send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
