Good morning! How are you today? We can help you to remove Starz and manage your channels 😊. Did you know you can manage your channels directly through the X-1 cable box? Here are the steps below:
Press the Xfinity button on your remote control.
Using the arrow buttons on your remote control, scroll right to highlight Apps and press OK.
Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to the section in the Apps menu titled Xfinity.
Using the arrow buttons, scroll right to highlight Manage Channels and press OK
Once you locate Starz, select remove and it will indicate your new monthly rate. You can then approve the changes. Please note: If the channel is built into your bundle, it won’t allow you to remove it as we would need to offer you a different option on our end.
