Regional sports fee
My local sports channels were removed from my package on Jan 14. I received an email saying I would get a reduction in the regional sports fee by $12.85. I have yet to see that credit. When will it post and will it be retroactive to Jan 14th as it should be since I can no longer view local sports.

I received a similar email that said I’d be receiving a $16.90 monthly credit. When I finally got a hold of someone at Xfinity and spending lord knows how much time, they credited me the full month and half fee, and said I’d be receiving the credit going forward. But of course now I get my new bill and there’s no credit. Then I find out same thing happened also with my sister. That agent actually told her that xifinityis aware of the issue of customers not receiving their credits and is making it a priority to fix. Well it doesn’t seem like a priority if now in March this is still happening. I submitted a complaint via fcc.gov and they reviewed and sent over to Xfinity who has 30 days to resolve.
the other issue I had was with my phone. I switched to Xfinity with a bogo line, and free phone. These were to be billed as $40 1st line, then the $20 second line is free. Then the phones would show as a $25 installment plan charge, but I’d receive a $25 monthly credit. Well of course the credits stopped after several months. And again I had to spend hours/days with Xfinity to resolve. As of today it appears they have resolved the $25 phone credits, but not the $20 2nd line credit. Sigh……

We have the same issue, same email with same information about getting a credit. Nothing so far, the Regional Sports Network fee has actually increased. Tried to get to talk or text with a LIVE person today but to no avail. Maybe I'll try XfinityFrank's suggestion, if I can find the chat icon...
