Regional sports fee Chicago

I renewed my contract July 1st. Have email confirmation that the regional sports fee will only be $10.25 a month. I have popular tv.

Just got new bill 8/3 and it’s still over $20 for regional sports fee.

Popular tv which I have does not carry Chicago sports network. Only ultimate does.

also talked to 5 people about the autopay discount disappearing and everyone tells me that’s wrong and should be fixed and it never is.
