Refunds: I can't keep calling and calling
I've called probably 17 times been told by 17 reps it's escalated, it's processing, you'll get it tomorrow, tonight, in an hour. Never shows up. We over paid our account by accident, please refund my money back to my debit card. I am exhausted, it's a simple refund and it's been 14 days of new calling. I need my $475 back please!!
