REFUND

[Edited: All Caps]

Xfinity took an unauthorized payment of $132.00 on June 19th. I do not have Auto Pay and never have. My bill isn't $132.00, and my bill wasn't even due yet. Because of the actions of your company, my bank canceled the card you took the payment from and issued me a new card, which you have had for weeks. I just got off the phone with my bank, and even if you truly refunded that money to my old card, it would still go back to my bank account. I don't know what kind of game this company is playing, but I want my money back in my bank account as soon as possible. Your CSRs keep giving the same stupid excuses as to why it hasn't happened yet.

I am furious, and I am done. I want my money back now.

Good evening user_m6m5pe. I will be more than happy to look into this further for you. Had you set up any post dated payments? Without autopay or a future dated payment scheduled, a payment would not be deducted. Is this for an Xfinity Mobile chare or for an Xfinity internet charge?

For internet i paid a a payment arrangement before the date. Oh bad me. But here is the thing with that I paid that on a totally different card not my bank card. And it wasn't for a $132.00. I am just getting a total run around here and I am done. Xfinity took an unauthorized withdrawl from my bank account and I want it back. Now because your system seems to be to stupid. When you took that money my bank canceled that card and reissued a new card . You have also had my new card also for weeks. Then some CSR is trying to tell me it has to go back on the canceled card. You know the one your responsible for having it canceled. And also I cant tell you how many times in the past month I have been told the refund was issued.  Here is the thing talking to my bank today if that money had been refunded to my old car it wouldn't matter it would still go back into my account.  I swear you people must think I am stupid.

Did you previously schedule a payment arrangement which would have required a future dated payment? If you scheduled a future dated payment, then made a payment prior without cancelling the future dated payment, then the payment would still process. You can always reach out to your financial institution and request a charge reversal, but could cause other account issues and return payment fee. Does the account show a credit balance or no balance due @user_m6m5pe?

It shows a balance due which will be paid when i get my money back. The issue of payment arrangements is long past . The issue is the $132.00 refund i am old it shows that it was refunded to my old bank card which the bank says wouldn't matter it would still go into my account.  That has been pending on my account for awhile. I cant believe everytime I ask that everyone just dances around that question
