refund
For the last 4 days we have been having an "urgent network performance issue" in my city. I want to know EXACTLY why this issue is happening and how many more days it will take to fix. I also want to know if myself and everyone else in town will be receiving refunds for these lost days of intermittent, at best, service.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience ongoing service interruptions, especially when your daily routines and connectivity depend on a reliable network. We sincerely appreciate your patience while our teams work to address this situation.
Network service interruptions can occur for a variety of reasons, including infrastructure upgrades, equipment repairs, or weather related impacts. In many cases, restoring service requires multiple phases of work to ensure the long term stability and reliability of the network, and some brief interruptions may occur while that work is underway. For this reason, we are not always able to provide an exact cause or a guaranteed completion timeframe while repairs are in progress.
Our technicians actively monitor and improve the network to restore consistent performance as quickly and safely as possible. Customers can stay informed by checking real time service updates through the Xfinity Status Center, which reflects the most current information available for their location.
If you believe your account may qualify for an adjustment due to a service interruption, you can review eligibility and submit a request directly through the Xfinity Assistant. Details on how to check for and request a credit can be found here:
