For the last 4 days we have been having an "urgent network performance issue" in my city. I want to know EXACTLY why this issue is happening and how many more days it will take to fix. I also want to know if myself and everyone else in town will be receiving refunds for these lost days of intermittent, at best, service.

Customers can stay informed by checking real time service updates through the Xfinity Status Center, which reflects the most current information available for their location.
