Refund
Since I’ve been with Xfinity notice that I have been paying way too much than I should or what I need. Moved recently wasn’t told that I had to renew plan and new modem. Not happy being overcharged!! Something needs to be done. Came in to get a new streaming device found out few months it wasn’t on my account, got a new one and even the associate notice that I was being overcharged for the past 2 yrs now. I really don’t want to switch or get the court involved. Please look into this matter, really like a refund it’s been 2 yrs paying too much!
