Our service has been out for two days and the website and phone both don't give an estimated repair by date. We would like recompense for our days loss of service. We pay a LOT for your service and this lack of ability to talk to anyone about what's going on needs to be addressed.

If there’s still no estimated repair time showing on the website or phone line, that usually means our technicians have run into something unexpected in the field, and it's still being actively worked on. We see the same thing on our end until new info is posted by the local team.
