Refund

I cancelled my services 11.14.24 but was still charged for the next month. $11.68 was refunded to me, per check. I called over a month ago to have the remainder refunded and was told I would receive it in 7-10 days. It has been over a month! Please mail me a check for $23.32 as you said you would do. Thank you.

Ya they've been working on the communication box I've was getting texts for 2 weeks and couldn't game 1.9 down load 160.00 upload

They said I would get credits for the inconvenience they said the same thing last year such a joke.
