refund
I dropped my internet service before the end of the previous billing cycle. I did not consume any internet service during this pas billing cycle yet I was charged for internet service. I need to be sure that there will be no future billing for internet service and I need a refund of the more than $100 you took from me for the service I had canceled.

Hi there, @user_wcd4tc! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! When cancelling service, we do prorate accounts for any unused service. It is possible the information you're viewing is not yet updated. Are you seeing this via the XFINITY App or My Account online?
