Refund

I canceled my service over a month ago. I spoke to three different people online and over the phone who all assured my account was canceled, that automatic payment was turned off, and that I would no longer have to deal with Xfinity. Yet I have been charged again. It has gotten so bad I had to cancel my credit card. Who do I speak to about a refund?

Hello @user_ebb6af and thanks for your post. You have come to the correct place to make sure your account was properly closed, and any refund needed will be addressed. Please send us your full name and complete address in a Direct Message. Here is how you can send us the DM:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:



  • Click "Sign In" if necessary





  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon



  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there



  •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list



  •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line



  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window



  • Press Enter to send it
