REFUND STATUS

Hello, I have been requesting refund for a 3 month outage (JUL/AUG/SEP2025) since November 2025.  I have called and talked with customer service 3 times, been given a case # and told that someone would contact me within 7days.  This have never happened.  No one has EVER contacted me.  I am beyond frustrated. As a customer for 19yrs, I cannot understand the complete lack of response and am ready to switch providers over this.   Please, last attempt, is there anyone willing to help with this issue?
