Refund receiving method

Hi. Recently I cancelled the service, returned all equipments and moved out of the country.
I received a physical mail saying "if you provided an email address and we have not refunded your credit balance, you will receive an email from Notifications@refunds.xfinity.com to select how you would like to receive your refund.
• Accounts with no email address or no email response within 15 days, will receive a physical prepaid card for a refund. "
I don't know if I provided an email address or not (when was I asked?) but I don't want to receive a physical prepaid card for sure as I'm already out of the country. How can I make sure that I'm receiving my refund back to my credit card?

Hello user_pdjha1. If you last payment was made with a debit or credit card, as long as that card is still active, and valid the refund would normally be generated to the last card used within 30 days, once all equipment has been returned. If the payment was made through another method, like check, cash, or electronick fund transfer, then you would more than likely receive the email asking how you would like the refund. Has it been more than 30-days since your equipment was returned?

Thank you for your reply.
I directly returned all equipment at the store on 10/8 so it's 2.5 weeks now.
And I used my credit card for the last payment which is still active.
I'll wait for another 2 weeks or so then. Where/who should I contact if I still not receive?

user_pdjha1 You can make a new post here if you want if the refund hasn't been received within 30-days. Sound like a plan?

I received an email regarding my refund and actual refund back to my bank account within a week after my original post.
Thank you.
