Refund on account

Good morning @user_h5w40g, and thanks for posting your question to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. When you close your account and there is a credit balance left on the account, as long as you returned the equipment, you don’t need to do anything. Xfinity will send your refund to your last payment method (if one is on file). This usually takes about four to six weeks.
