Refund for no servcie?

We have had 3 outages in the past month. Never any notice when there is "planned maintenance." Always in the middle of the work week, losing hours of work each time. How can I get refunded for the many many hours (just in the past month!) that Comcast has failed to provide the service I paid for? Not sure what I'm paying for if I can reliably work when Comcast is out so frequently and for long periods of time.

Hello @user_ae8953 thank you for taking the time to reach out over Xfinity Forums with these questions and frustrations regarding service interruptions and network upgrades.  We can absolutely, 1-1 go over any interruption history over the last month and provide any credits that may still be due.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address and I'll be happy to help.

You also can submit requests for credits using our Xfinity Status Center.  When signed in, scroll down to the area titled "Tips in case of an outage" there is a link section to request a credit, which utilizes our Xfinity Assistant in determining any recent interruptions in your area.

We are currently upgrading much of our network to the Xfinity Next Generation Network, which can cause some small interruptions if it is going on in your area.  Our Next Gen Construction site will provide information on this and allow you to sign up for alerts if/when these upgrades occur.
