user_r3tuh7 Hi there! Thanks for using our Xfinity Support Forums. You came to the right place for help and I am here to review the account with you to make sure we save you as much as possible. Since we will be needing to go over the account I will need to authenticate you and to start I will need you to send us a DM with your name and address. Once we get you all verified we will be able to dive into the savings and plans we have available.
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
