Receiving Old Bill
Hi there,
My parents recently moved into a senior living facility in Evanston, IL. They successfully transferred their service ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) but they are still receiving an outstanding bill for the previous occupant ([Edited: "Personal Information"]). Can someone help me ensure the actual owner of the second bill can be notified to pay it? They get confused when they receive this bill that is not theirs.
Thank you
