Received Billing Email that is incorrect.
Xfinity claims the email below is fraud, but the domain that is sending it is a domain owned by xfinity, so it obviously is not unless their company was hacked. When I called support and spent 30 minutes on the phone to explain to them, they said no, there is no bill which as you can see from the image below is OBVIOUSLY A LIE.
Why is everything with xfinity always such a drama? I have to call them every month and spend 30 minutes to an hour on the phone every time because of stupid [Edited: "Profanity"] like this.
They're definitely going to bill me - that's the problem with their "automatic billing" [Edited: "Profanity"]. Once they deduct the money from your account, you have to call and spend hours on the phone to claw it back.
This is stupid. I'm going to switch to another carrier because of this constant idiotic drama EVERY SINGLE MONTH. No help from their customer support whatsoever.
By far the worst support, worst service and most horrible company I've ever done business with.
