Received bill after cancelling
Hi,
I received a bill today even though I cancelled the service over a week ago, around April 19th. Can you check to see if the cancellation is processed and resolve the billing issue?

Thanks so much for your time. We’re glad we were able to help clarify the billing details by confirming that services are scheduled to be disconnected from your address on the 30th, while billing will only continue through the 20th. We also confirmed that the online balance has not yet been updated to reflect this. You can expect to see the final balance on your final billing statement after disconnection of services on your normal billing cycle date, which is dated on the 26th. You can also expect the final credited balance to be refunded to your last payment card on file in less than 30 days.
