Received a bill without ever activating service
I spent multiple days on chat support attempting to activate my internet, and no agent was able to do so. So I asked them to cancel my service and delete my account. I went to Verizon and had internet service the same day.
Now I receive a bill for $50. For what? Xfinity provided me with absolutely no hardware or internet service, but still wants my money.
